How many days can I keep the item?

You have the option to Borrow for 7 days or 14 days.

The Borrow period starts when the dress arrives and ends the day we pick it up. We make sure to deliver it to you in advance so you have the dress on the date of your event.

What is your cancellation policy?

Plans change, we get it. If you need to cancel your order, reach out to one of our representatives ASAP and we can handle everything for you.

Do we have a wait list for dresses?

If the dress you’ve been eyeing is not currently available for your event date, keep checking back, as some people may change their order. Otherwise, shoot us an email and we can gladly let you know if it becomes available.

How do I keep track of the styles I like?

See a dress or accessory you love? Click on the heart to the right of the item to add it to your wishlist. This will save your favorite garments so that you can easily compare and find pieces at a later date.

How does Sustain Sister handle damages and repairs?

After each rental, we assess each item and have it repaired immediately if it has been damaged. If the item needs major repair, we will bill the renter for the cost of that repair. If anything happens, please email us and let us know.

How does Sustain Sister handle theft?

Since all credit cards are held on file, in the extremely rare event that an item is stolen or not returned, Sustain Sister is permitted to charge the renter to replace the garment, as per our terms and conditions.

How does dry cleaning work?

Sustain Sister handles all the dry cleaning. After each rental, we dry clean all items and get it ready for its next rental. We use only the best environmentally friendly dry cleaners in Dublin and have a trusted relationship, so you are in great hands.

 

How do I avoid being charged for item damages that I did not create?

While it is unfortunate, items that are rented out experience normal wear and tear as well as other damages. We inspect each outfit before we send it out and have a quality control policy in place. If you receive an item that has already been damaged, please notify us immediately and schedule a return within 24 hours and we will either refund you in full for the rental or you can exchange it for another item.
